Verified purchase
Had to return the phone for unlocking and was charged an extra £20. Didn’t mind that but I have now been waiting for the phone to be returned and still waiting, 5 days in and no sign. It’s not been dropped off at the post office. As it stands I wouldn’t use this service, I have had no communication from him since Friday and have opened a complaint
