Very disappointed description said charms were perfect. The glass bead had metal eyelet totally off on one side and loose on the other side -Pandora confirmed was not genuine Pandora charm. The Pandora bag charm was scratched and well worn no where near perfect. Pandora also stated the bracelet was not genuine. Did get a full refund but very very disappointed with purchase even the Pandora bags not genuine sent message to seller no response
