    Bought this Christmas gift for My son opened it on the 26. The DVD has a defect and they will not honor the bad disc. I purchased in November .. I contact them and explained, but they still didn’t care. I will never purchase again from them.

    I don't think the negative review is fair to me. Unlike major stores that offer extended return policy, I offer 30 days free return policy and it was almost 50 days since you purchased the item. I offered to sell you another one for 50% off but you didn't want to take that offer. I tried my best !
