I ordered their half inch size product expecting it to be half-inch and to fit our half-inch PVC pipe. It does not fit half inch PVC. It is in fact metric and not what they advertise. They would not refund my money because they said the return shipping was too much. They advertise your item incorrectly. It is not inch sizes, but it is metric and useless in this country

They advertise it as half inch PVC , I ordered them expecting half inch. The fittings will not be our half-inch PVC in the United States. I contacted them they will refund because they said the return shipping still expensive. They advertise something that is not correct and it’s not usable in this country, so don’t buy from them they should advertise their items as metric sizes and not inch size . It’s useless to me.
