- Boards detached and lacking most of spine. Inscription front, endpaper, heavy foxing throughout with wear to page ends, first, signature detached. Includes two fold-out genealogical tables, although second one has large tear and detached lower right, corner, needs repair. Pencil marginalia on pages 161, 196, page, 189 is inserted after page 208. Else a complete first edition, in need of some Tender Loving Care - an excellent candidate for, rebinding and being sold here AS IS.
