      I’m sorry to give negative feedback as my pillows are beautiful, they were packaged well and came quickly. However they were shipped from overseas and I was charged tariff fees, despite the listing saying the items would ship from New York. When I contacted the seller to ask for a partial refund to cover the tariffs I was met with hostility and he tried to take the conversation off eBay. No thanks. Now I have to get eBay customer service involved. Unpleasant experience all around.

      Buyer was charged about $6 per order ($12 total) by FedEx/U.S. Customs, not by us. These small import fees are beyond any seller’s control. We explained this politely and tried to help clarify the invoice. No hostility was ever shown or intended. We’re happy she loved the pillows and appreciate every customer who supports small handmade businesses like ours.
