This is a bit too complicated for me, but, I will hacmve an electrician install it, when needed. Also, I thought my original remote was bad, ni, I just needed a new battery....duh! Simple solution, after all! I will keep this as back up, just in case. My ceiling fan doesn't have pull switches attached to it, just the remote, and wall switch.
