    Shelly1 device arrived quickly. PROBLEM #1 - Device was used. A quick search on the internet helped me do a factory reset the Shelly1. PROBLEM#2 - Used MAC address of the used Shelly1 was still associated with the previous users cloud account. Contacted Shelly support. I had to ask them to delete the MAC address from their system. PROBLEM#3 - wait another day for them to clear MAC address. You should really explain these steps in your auction. All works now....
