Il venditore non ha fornito per tutto il tempo della spedizione il numero di tracciabilitá causandò un ritardo sul ritiro del prodotto. Il codice di tracciabilitá va fornito quando si spedisce un pacco. La cosa è stato segnalata più volte al fornitore senza mai ricevere un messaggio di risposta.
