    The item takes a long time to to deliver. At this point my item still in transit bought it on 12-8 supposed to get it before 12-16. 3-weeks waiting and it still in transit and do not know when will arrive. The seller should ensure it arrive as described as it was the reason why I picked this seller. NOT Worth it.

    We shipped the package out the next business day as promised and the usps has dropped the ball by not delivering it on time. I would have appreciated a message to have us help with the situation instead of just leaving us negative feedback as we did what we promised and usps is really the fault at this point. We want to make sure all of our customers are happy and would have appreciated a message to have us help instead of just leaving negative feedback.
