I am so sorry you are unhappy with your jigsaw. It was complete but if the box was damaged in transit, 2 pieces could have dropped out or been caught up in torn packaging. I stated there was a tear on the lid in the listing but the rest of the box was sound, I always wrap the boxes in bubble wrap before the outer covering, this is my first damaged jigsaw so I will review my packaging for future sales. I have refunded this customer in full and apologise for any inconvenience.
