We have gone out of our way to help you sending your order out 3x times at our expense, and are now out of pocket vs the original sale value . Of course mistakes happen as we are all human and we did apologies for the picking error sending M2 nuts out on the one occasion, the other two dispatches were correctly picked , but its unfair to hold us entirely responsible for royal mail, either loosing or damaging parcels .
