Deliveries:
Deliveries are made using Royal Mail Services for smaller items, and UK Mail for larger items. UK Mail delivers on working days i.e. Mon-Fri, so please ensure someone is available to sign for the delivery. Remote Postcodes may take longer than Next Day. If there is no one in and the item is returned back to us or the courier have to redeliver, there will be an administration charge of £3.50.
 
Where glass or mirrored items are purchased, please ensure the item is opened and checked before signing for, as any damaged items must be signed for as damaged otherwise a damage claims cannot be made. It is our policy to replace damaged items as swiftly as possible. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage during transit, but will endeavour to settle any loss as quickly and as fairly as possible.

The vase are very good use them for my wife grave always look good as l have similar ones already been there for 3 years as good as new.The only problem l have is the delivery service Evri the items where just left at the front door they never knock as l am severely disabled l hardly go out already had item stolen which they said they delivered as they take photos not good for EBay money back system
