The item is a complete piece of Chinese Junk. I would not mount it on my lawnmower. DO NOT BUY. It isn't worth the shipping cost of $0.50. I do have to admit that the seller provided a full refund as soon as a refund was demanded. Shipping time was the normal China Post Slow boat from China. ( Hey, their boats are called Chinese Junks, too.) As far as the item description, it was new - new junk. Look elsewhere rather than waste your time only to be disappointed.
