From the reviews, jcdishes seems to be a good seller. However, my experience was not positive. They sell china so I assume they are knowledgeable. Unfortunately, in my case they sold me what appears to be "seconds" without declaring them so. I own more than 70 pieces of Lenox Carolina, much of it purchased from the secondary market, and NONE of my pieces I own have a glitch in the pattern like the cream soup bowls I purchased from this seller.

I spoke with the buyer regarding the issue, she stated they were second quality I said they were not marked so, She requested a discount on them and I said no I offered free shipping and to return them, but I did not get hear from from them anymore .
