I have contacted the seller several times over the period of 1 month and 15 days. They never responded once to my emails. This item I have been waiting for was a gift for my granddaughter for her birthday. I am not happy about the way this seller treats their customers. Very bad service. My kids waited a lot and even the status was "shipped" and the seller confirmed that it was shipped. However we waited long time and in the end we asked him to make a refund which he did.
