We have our Honda at the Dealership and when we took the part we ordered to them they said it is either the wrong part or defective. I have contacted the seller and given nothing but run around. I order parts daily on Ebay and have never run into this much of a problem before. I simply got the wrong part and that's it. The Seller is trying to blame us and all he needs to do is call the dealership and they will verify.

We sold a part with a clear description. Unfortunately, we do accept returns on parts that were purchased by mistake. In this case, buyer sent me an image of my part with the bracket removed. No reason to remove the bracket, it's a direct fit. Part has been tampered with. Our parts are not defective, we’ve sold many without any issues. Beware of this buyer, he has harassed and threatened us for not accepting the return.
