Item was not as described, came with all sorts of damage.
Once confronted, seller ghosted me until I opened a return request.
Seller then started lashing out and being very rude and unprofessional.
Very difficult to work with and rude.

I agreed to a return but buying a label in Canada to send to Holland is very difficult. Asked buyer to help but she refused, said it was my job and problem to sort it and was very rude. She now has the item and I have fully refunded her. I have no wish to deal with rude and difficult people
