Diritto di recesso

Gli acquisti effettuati sul sito sono regolati dalla legge italiana sulle vendite per corrispondenza.

Nel caso in cui il Cliente abbia sbagliato l'ordine e abbia ricevuto un articolo che non desiderava, ha 10 (dieci) giorni di tempo dalla data di consegna per esercitare il diritto di recesso, ovvero la possibilità di restituire il prodotto.

Ai sensi degli artt. 64 e segg. DLT 206/2005, il Cliente consumatore, cioè persona fisica che agisce per scopi estranei all'attività imprenditoriale, commerciale, artigianale o professionale eventualmente svolta, ha diritto a recedere dal contratto di acquisto per qualsiasi motivo e di conseguenza ha diritto di restituire il bene acquistato e di ottenere il rimborso della spesa sostenuta escluso spese di trasporto, nel rispetto delle modalità di seguito indicate. Il diritto di recesso è sottoposto alle seguenti condizioni:

a) il diritto si applica al prodotto nella sua interezza e non su parti o componenti di esso.

Per esercitare il diritto di recesso, il Cliente, deve inviare entro il termine di 10 (dieci) giorni lavorativi dal giorno del ricevimento del bene, una comunicazione nella quale viene indicata la volontà di recedere dal contratto. Tale comunicazione dovrà essere inviata all'attenzione di Freeontime a mezzo lettera Raccomandata A/R con ricevuta di ritorno, indirizzata a Freeontime di Galimberti Mara, via zara,9, 20038 Seregno (MI). Contestualmente all'invio della comunicazione di recesso, il Cliente dovrà attivarsi per la restituzione del bene a Freeontime, utilizzando un corriere di propria scelta, con allegata copia della raccomandata sopra indicata. Il bene dovrà essere restituito integro ed accuratamente imballato nella confezione originale, completo di ogni accessorio. A norma di legge, le spese di spedizione relative alla restituzione del bene sono a carico del Cliente. Nel caso di più beni relativi ad uno stesso ordine, in relazione ai quali il Cliente ha esercitato il diritto di recesso, gli stessi dovranno essere inviati a Freeontime con un'unica spedizione.

Freeontime non risponde in alcun modo per danneggiamenti o furto/smarrimento di beni restituiti con spedizioni non assicurate. Freeontime provvederà al rimborso del prezzo del bene per il quale il Cliente ha esercitato il diritto di recesso a condizione che il bene sia integro e non usato.

Fatte salve le eventuali spese di ripristino dei danni, Freeontime provvederà al rimborso dell'intero importo pagato dal Cliente al momento dell'acquisto del bene, entro 30 giorni dalla data in cui Freeontime è venuta a conoscenza dell'esercizio del diritto di recesso, purchè nel frattempo sia stato spedito il bene secondo le modalità sopra indicate, mediante accredito dell'importo da rimborsare mediante bonifico bancario o Paypal.

a )la mancanza della confezione e/o imballo originale;
