Seller was good about replacing the broken items and packed the replacement items properly. Having to deal with contacting the seller and waiting even MORE time for them to come is not a positive experience. I would think that seller's would want to compensate buyers for their time by discounting a portion of their money. Even if it was only 5 to 10 dollars.

The trimmer is powerful and we used it to clear a small hill of weeds in very quick timing. The 4 cycle engine is convenient to use and the straight shaft is very sturdy. We are very glad we were able to find this trimmer on line. The only downside is that it was a little pricey considering the supplies are limited on this discontinued model.
