Brilliant! Arrived promptly, well packed and despite being refurbished looks as good as new. Easy to use, has all the apps I use ready installed, eg Firefox, Libre Office, ones for music, photos. Runs VERY fast compared to Windows. Cinnamon desktop is user-friendly and I was able to set it up as I lke it with access to all my old files, which were all compatible and useable.
