Shirt (schöner als beschrieben) kam mit reichlich Verspätung an. Reaktion des VK auf meine Nachfrage war gleich defensiv, könnte an meiner Adresse liegen (hier kommt alles sonst zuverlässig an) und wieso man da gleich einen Fall öffnen muss (weil eBay das als korrektes Vorgehen empfiehlt und man bei Klärung den Fall dann ganz einfach wieder schließt, so wie ich es getan habe). Auch bei Unstimmigkeiten kann man nett sein, das fehlte dem VK leider völlig.
