Bonjour. Les flotteurs étaient pourtant bloqués sous tube rigide + cartonnage et vous n'avez pu me communiquer les photos de l'incident pour pouvoir porter réclamation auprès du transporteur Mondial Relay*...je vais néanmoins voir à remiser votre commande en conséquence au prorata ou vous envoyer quatre flotteurs complémentaires. (*dont les services sont visiblement médiocres sur les articles sensibles) Bien amicalement.
