I never received the item I ordered. Instead, I received an item not remotely similar to what I ordered. Attempted to have the item replaced with the correct item. Seller remains unresponsive and non commuting. Sent the received item back. No attempt from seller to resolve the situation. Had to order a new part from a different seller - then wait 3 weeks to request a refund on the original order. Never do business with this seller.

The seller finally responded after I left the feedback, indicating there had been an issue receiving eBay communications. Seller had not heard a response from “parts supplier” either, and provided a full refund for the order, and offered that IF the part ever arrived, I could keep it free of charge. The part arrived 3 days later. Not the best of experiences, but in the end, seller made me whole, and did everything possible to rectify the poor experience. Thank you for coming through in the end.
