The *glass* mug was as described and in great shape upon delivery - fortunately. The cup itself was bigger than the box it was shipped in, causing the box to expand out/putting pressure/stress on the item during transit. We are both lucky it did not arrive broken as one toss onto anything would have caused it to crack/break. I paid nearly $10 for shipping - in the future, please find appropriate sized boxes for fragile items/glassware and wrap it in more than one layer of bubble wrap.
