This person bought an item right after I left the state for the holidays. I let him know this. Then my step father had a stroke while I was there and I had to take care of my disabled mother so therefore could NOT get home to ship item off. He demanded me to go home to ship his item telling me he was entitled to his item. He is now blocked from future business. DO NOT do business with this uncompassionate person (wish I could use another word)
