Safely mailed (although there’s no need for so much tape to secure the card in its protective sleeve, as it’s difficult to remove so much incredibly sticky tape, especially when it’s uncrimped on one end, without bending the card inside ). Also it’s hard to understand why some sellers ask only 68 cents to mail an envelope requiring 68 cents postage even when mailing a card in a stiff plastic card holder, while others, inexplicably, need more than the required 68 cents postage
