I'm not expecting a toploader for a £2 card but at least have the courtesy to back in cardboard or card envelope to avoid possible damage. Came loose in a paper envelope.

Hi, We apologise for any dissatisfaction with our packaging. All cards are sent sleeved with sticker tabs attaching them to a200GSM card insert. No items are sent loose. We use 100GSM paper envelopes that, combined with the insert, prevent major bending. Additionally, we attach 2 50GSM postage labels, increasing overall thickness to around 500GSM. UK orders over £5 are sent in card envelopes and we always happily upgrade the packaging upon request, All international orders are sent card backed.
