    Based on my car’s symptoms, I sent my old one in with two keys. Received it back and had same symptoms and only one key worked. They were helpful in pointing me to look at the starter. Ended up being a bad connection on the starter. The reason for the 1 star, is that they clear;y did not test the CAS before switching it over, otherwise they would have seen that there was nothing wrong with it. I would’ve happily paid a diagnostic fee, but am now over $400 out of pocket for a non problem.
