Ai sensi del D.Lgs. 206/2005 e del D.Lgs. 21/2014, se il cliente è un consumatore (ossia una persona fisica che acquista la merce per scopi non riferibili alla propria attività professionale, ovvero non effettua l'acquisto indicando nel modulo d'ordine un riferimento di Partita IVA), ha diritto a recedere dal contratto di acquisto per qualsiasi motivo, senza necessità di fornire spiegazioni e senza alcuna penalità. Il prodotto deve essere reso nel rispetto della rivendibilità: (integro, e completo dell'imballo originale). Alla ricezione della richiesta forniremo l'indirizzo di rispedizione del prodotto. La merce resa senza autorizzazione sarà automaticamente respinta. B) Il prodotto deve essere restituito nei tempi e nelle modalità sopra descritte all'indirizzo che sarà segnalato da

C) Le spese di riconsegna, ed eventualmente dell' usura del prodotto, sono sempre a carico del Cliente.

SCENTX DI ROBERTO AGOSTINO si riserva il controllo sulla merce restituita per valutare eventuali danni o manomissioni non derivanti dal trasporto.

Il rimborso riguarda tutte le somme versate per il prezzo del prodotto ad esclusione delle spese di trasporto, dell' eventuale usura del prodotto, e dei costi bancari eventualmente sostenuti dal Cliente, e verrà effettuato entro e non oltre 10 giorni dal ricevimento della merce. Nel caso in cui l'utilizzatore opti per la sostituzione del prodotto, le spese di invio del nuovo prodotto saranno a suo carico.

Il diritto di recesso decade:

Per mancanza della condizione essenziale di integrità del bene (confezione e/o suo contenuto)

La mancanza della confezione esterna e/o dell'imballo interno originale

L'assenza di elementi integranti del prodotto

Il danneggiamento del prodotto per cause diverse dal suo trasporto.
