    Buyer reported that the item worked and gave a positive review. After a few days, he said the item did not work any more. We sent a replacement item to his address on Ebay and sent the buyer a tracking number. Buyer did not object. After the FEDEX showed that the item was delivered, buyer said "When I went there to get it the people said it wasn't there" and he wanted us to ship yet another item to a different address. Giving a shipment address outside of Ebay is violation of Ebay policy.
