All of our items are covered by warranty unless expressly stated to the contrary in the listing
The warranty is return to base unless stated to the contrary in the listing.
Sales outside of the UK will be sent via eBay Global Shipping Program. Under this program both buyers and sellers are covered for items which are lost or damaged in transit by eBay/eBay s shipping partners
In the event of a claim for lost or damaged items, this needs to be raised directly with eBay under the conditions of the GSP program.
We will not ship using international couriers and due to time and resource restraints we cannot create and facilitate collections on behalf of customers on their own international courier accounts unless prior agreement is reached
Goods which are to be returned should be well packed and include all accessories supplied originally. The return should show a reference to the purchase. This should include eBay user name, Order reference number, Customer name
Items received back incomplete or damaged due to insufficient packaging will be rejected.
The most important thing to remember is that we are good humans. We like happy customers and will do everything we can to make sure your purchase is a satisfactory one.
