Problems trying to return a proved faulty item back. In the end Ebay stepped in to resolve. Costs to return item back to China far outstripped the fact that the item was 100% faulty and would have ended up in the bin. The sensible conclusion for both myself and seller (and the carbon footprint for the planet) would have been to just refund. Gave me the run around and unnecessary time on the whole process.
