Madame, this item was listed at a very low price because it was untested. The item title and description clearly states that it has not been tested. You messaged me and I told you on two different occasions that you simply needed to open a return with ebay and request a full refund. I cannot refund your money outside of ebay. You did not open a return, therefore I was unable to refund your money. Instead, you left me negative feedback.

The seller was prompt in mailing the perfume and ensured it was protectively wrapped. My only issue was the price of the item was a bit steep for the size of the sample. However, it was incumbent on me to go by the ml on the bottle to determine size, and not go by the picture. This was my first time on EBay, and it was a teachable moment.
