Cancelled order, seller absolutely fantastic by generating a refund super fast. Just sorry that EBay have decided to hold on to my money of £467.50 and not let me have it back and are asking me to wait over and above normal times.

I cancelled the order, the seller was super fast at reimbursing my money. I found another ring, but due to ill health I had to cancel that order too. Although Seller was excellent by generating a refund ASAP, EBay put a block on the refund and withheld it without my knowledge. I was chasing around what's happened to my refund, now it transpires, I have to wait 14 days for EBay to give me a code, which I need to give to PayPal and only then can my money be paid back to me? Seller is excellent 🩷
