I couldn’t see that the seller does not accept returns until the item was fully paid for. This isn’t fair. On this occasion it appears that my purchase is not faulty. I have been lucky.
PayPal advertised the option for instalmental payment, and I selected this option. Guess what … they ignored this and took the full sum from my bank account. I attempted to contact PayPal to rectify this, and I met a brick wall. I have tried to challenge the sale after my money was taken, and eBay did the same.
