    This instrument was returned to us damaged, and before we could respond to the return request , or come to an agreement on a fair restocking fee do to the damages request the client disputed the charges with their credit card company. We had to pay the full value back plus a dispute fee and additionally now have a horn we will now have to sell it for less do to the returned condition.
