Everything arrived intact and as described. The packaging left a little to be desired. Although it is a heavy brass piece, it was packed in a paper pack (reused Amazon paper pack). This allowed the feet to break through during shipping. There was some minor wear to the feet because of this, which was mildly disappointing. Thankfully, I did not buy it for any value tied to its condition being "perfect" and the damage was minimal. All-in-all... positive experience.
