If you told me this was a brand new product, fresh out of its original packaging, I would believe you! My device arrived in effectively perfect condition, no signs of wear and tear whatsoever. After about a week of regular use, there's been no performance issues to report either. Came with a charging brick(!) and a 6ft long USB-C to USB-C cable for charging (though as far as I can tell, it also works for data transfer). Very satisfied with my purchase.
