I don't fee like I have to explain anything to you. The item was damaged at the time of sale and I had no other choice than to cancel the sale instead of shipping damaged item. You should take this under consideration before negative feedback was left. I'm serious eBay seller and don't appreciate someone with 0 feedback leaving me negative feedback just for not explaining my decision. Please revise and be honest, not a dick.
