This unit not perfect but not bad as well. I did encounter slight dings and scratches.No significant scratches or screen burn. Unit was just a bit dirty nothing that couldn’t be cleaned up. There was how ever some discoloration to the chassis of the unit. The only main issue I encountered was that there was a strong odor coming from the battery, removed bottom panel and found just a few punctures in them. I did message seller and they advised to return item for another but just got new battery.
