While setting time dial moves a bit, but it is firm when crown is pushed back. The strap seems to be real leather, but it is very stiff, possibly it will soften after some use. The watch arrived 3 weeks after order was placed, much sooner before given lead time. Sellers description and service is very good. All in all, I am satisfied with this purchase.
