very bad experience, starting because the ad said it was a new radio and it was used. Still, we tried to install it and it didn't even turn on to program it, which was one of the only instructions I received from the seller. I asked for an email to send you an installation video to verify that it didn't turn on and I'm still waiting for that information since Thursday. I will have to return this used radio and see how I can get rid of the bad experience of buying from this seller.

Ebay vendor 4X4.motors has mistakenly and inadvertently shipped the wrong item. The order Item was for a GM Silverado or GMC Sierra. What was received was a Ford (FOMOCO) part, totally incompatible.I have sent the vendor a request to correct this error and am awaiting their response. Given their reviews I am sure they will make it right.
