Buyer cancelled my purchase with no warning or communication at all. In this day and age there's no excuse for not taking a second to communicate with a customer, it's literally the simplest task imaginable.

In the refund I added a note to buyer giving a sincere apology. Unfortunately this buyer failed to read the details of the return that provided the words "...I'm so sorry...". After providing a screenshot to the buyer hoping they would be man enough to recognize the miscommunication, they refused a feedback revision request. It's too bad after being provided facts they lacked the backbone to do the right thing and wanted a false claim to remain on feedback.
