I will do my best to meet these dispatch estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. Some third-party service providers may collect customs and import taxes. If this is the case, the third party will display this information clearly during the checkout process. As such, any queries about those fees should be directed to those companies directly as Gifting Queen Ltd. is not involved in the calculation, collection, or remuneration of those fees.

CANCELLATIONS
I don't accept cancellations as all of my gift hampers and handmade items are made to order, however, please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE
The following items can't be returned or exchanged. Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Jewellery (for health/hygiene reasons)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
CONDITION OF RETURN
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
PERISHABLE ITEMS
Some of our gift hampers contain perishable goods. Please be aware that chocolate can begin to melt at temperatures of 21 degrees C or 70 degrees F. As such, please be aware that the weather of the dispatch location (Birmingham, UK) and the destination location as well as the storage used by the third-party courier services can affect perishable items. As such, we recommend that you consider the time of year as well as the associated locations when choosing your gift. We do offer upgraded shipping options within the UK for next day delivery which is recommended for all perishable items. We reserve the right to delay shipping on Fridays during the months of March through October as an added protection against product melting in transit. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, COVID-19 delays, extreme weather fluctuations, or failed delivery attempts resulting in perishable goods being spoilt.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
During the fulfilment process, we do our best to contact you if we happen across an “undeliverable address.” We define an “undeliverable address” as one that is not recognized by the courier shipping system, and therefore would not be delivered by the courier upon reaching the location. However, Gifting Queen Ltd. is not responsible for incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. As a result, if an undeliverable address or inaccurate shipping information is provided, Gifting Queen Ltd. is not responsible for the unreceived item.
If the courier is unable to deliver an order based on inaccurate information provided by the customer, the package may be disposed of by the courier. In the instance that the customer would like the package to be redelivered, they must place a new order.
If the courier is unable to deliver an order based on inaccurate information provided by the customer, the package may be returned to me, the sender, by the courier. In the instance that customer would like the package to be redelivered, they must pay for the additional shipping cost.
PLASE DOUBLE CHECK ALL SHIPPING INFORMATION PROVIDED to ensure there are no typos or inaccuracies n the shipping information to avoid the disposal of your order in the instance it is undeliverable. Note: P.O. Boxes and APO Boxes are not acceptable shipping addresses and therefore are not recognized by the courier to deliver to.
P.O. BOXES or APO BOXES
Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO boxes. You must provide a street address for your order. Be sure to include appropriate suite or flat / apartment numbers when necessary to ensure proper delivery.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Gifting Queen Ltd. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Gifting Queen Ltd. will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
GIFTING QUEEN LTD PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through GiftingQueen.com, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Etsy, eBay, Amazon, MadeMe, TikTok, Snapchat, WhatsApp, or any other third-party services.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own or control, including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Etsy, eBay, Amazon, MadeMe or any third-party services you access through these sites.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorised GiftingQueen.com or third-party services to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (such as the name, age, delivery address of the recipient etc required for custom gifts) if you contact me directly.

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

These may include but are not limited to, for example, Parcel2Go, Royal Mail, and MyHermes courier services.
BUSINESS TRANSFERS: If I sell or merge my business, I may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.

CUSTOMER PHOTOGRAPHS: All photographs provided by you (the customer) will only be used for dispute resolution and advertising purposes and shared via our social media platforms and/or used on our websites (GiftingQueen.com or third-party services) with your permission, unless for the use in dispute resolution.
DATA RETENTION
I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce my agreements. I generally keep your data for no longer than 4 years.
TRANSFERS OF PERSONAL INFORMATION OUTSIDE THE EU
I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. This will include foreign-owned and operated sites. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.
YOUR RIGHTS

ACCESS: You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.
CHANGE, RESTRICT, DELETE: You may also have the right to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where I am required to store data for legal reasons) I will generally delete your personal information upon request.
OBJECT: You can object to (i) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
COMPLAIN: If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT SERVICES PROVIDERS
We may use third-party payment services providers (such as companies that process payments and disburse settlements, perform risk assessments or compliance checks, verify identity, or validate payment or settlement methods), and we may process your data and transfer it to these third parties. You hereby explicitly consent to: our use of such third-party service providers, the outsourcing of services to them, and the related transfer and processing of data. Where applicable so we can provide you with Managed Payments, you hereby waive any professional secrecy rights. Regardless of whether we use third-party service providers, the appropriate eBay Payment Entity remains responsible to you for the performance of the services contemplated under these Payments Terms of Use. If you have purchased a Gifting Queen Ltd. item through a third party, they will have their own terms for the processing of your order and the associated funds. Please contact them directly for payment information and disputes.

Please be aware that the sizing of handmade items will vary and that measurements are only approximate as none of my handmade items are factory finished.
