Terrible cricket bat, cheap wood and really poor quality willow. NOT GRADE 2 AT ALL
Good job was easy to get a refund because you will not want to keep their products.

Very difficult to resolve with customer. Grading is subjective - we offered a replacement or refund which the customer denied. After asking what they would like as a resolution, it was clear the customer was trying to get the bat for free.

FAKE ITEM, DO NOT PURCHASE - received a pine bat with poorly applied New Balance stickers. Grip, toe guard, are all not those used by NB. No contact from seller.

All bats are as pictured on the listing and in the description. We were in regular touch and provided a full return and refund as per our eBay 30 day money back guarantee.

I can confirm that the bad received did not match the pictured items. Listing contains photos of a willow bat, item received was knotty pine. Grain patterns for pine and willow are completely different. Additionally, item was pictured and described as a TC1260 and item received was marked as a DC 1280.
Refund was received in good time but I received no correspondence from the seller and I received no response to the messages sent during the return process.
