It said a new dress but it arrived full of dust and with damage and defects, you can't return it, I'm outside the United States and the store. It doesn't seem honest to me to deceive a client by saying that it is new and it is not

Buyer used a 3rd party freight company to forward this item outside of the USA. They claimed they could not return the item and tried to extort a refund through threats of leaving this bad feedback. The dress was in pristine condition when I shipped it out.
