    Item well packed and good contition. Fast shipping. Item slightly differed from described (was listed as "white" and we got silver. I asked for compensation to keep it and seller said "no--send it back", which was fair. Unfortunately my wife destroyed the packaging so we are keeping the silver. Knocking off one star since the item is not what we ordered, but the item that we did get arrived brand new and well packed as I said above and the seller did answer the email.
