I had to assemble the purse strap to the purse by myself. It took a hour but I finally get it. It already came undone a few times, so that’s annoying. On top of that the package came in my mailbox damaged which was already a bad sign, the purse itself was flattened. I tried contacting the seller, they responded back but they did not leave detailed instructions, they just said put the straps through the hole but not where to tie it. This really should come with a instruction manual or something.

Sellers BEWARE of this buyer! Bought item and shipped it out the same day. Woke up the next morning to 4 messages in the middle of the night starting after midnight.
Message 1: Can I return item? I need the money. 2. I just payed my bills and I need the money. If it can't happen I understand. 3. I think Ebay has a money back guarantee. 4. I simply can't afford it, I apologize.
This is buyers remorse and they took it out on me by leaving me a bad review!
