Wrong color AND not factory unlocked.... they refused to pay return shipping AND refused the return after messaging me that they WOULD take it back. I talked with ebay support and was assured ebay would take care of the issue and that in the end EBAY would make sure my payment would be refunded one way or another.... pretty sure I'm hosed since the seller is registered in China.
